I realize this has been reported already. However it’s been three years and four months since I first reported it by phone. I do believe it is now worth repeating. All three bike racks are becoming useless. Many people use the bike racks behind the library because there are always characters camping, peeing and hanging out by the bike racks in front. Please repair.
